my recommendation report

In response to the recent complain of servicemen regarding breaches in training guidelines, I, 3SG Ng recommends the following immediate action to be taken to conduct training less taxing for enlistees who are having initial difficulty to adjust to their new military life.


1) Let them go back bunk sleep b4 1st lesson ( but must wake up to do area cleaning, draw arms den go back sleep)


2)To instill sense of urgency in them, the rest of the platoon will now hold it in clutches position instead of push up position when their platoon mates fall in late. ( song bo, u all find push up position tiring rite, i give it to u guys. now clutches and lay flat on ground. comfortable rite. i dun wan see anyone legs not 90 degrees straight...if not...wahaha)

3)No more physical punishment. If they nv fall in properly, they will go take chairs from their bunk and fall them in nicely. =)

4)Like to call hotline rite. Fall in all the hp according to index no. or phone no. Smallest no on the rite..hehex

5) Go according to the book. If they can't fall in satisfactory, the whole platoon will do it again and again until they get it rite.
IE: platoon 7 rows in front of me! take ur time. 2 rows. 9 rows. 3 rows.

6) More arti drills! Nth wrong mah, I just following training directive =P

sigh...kids nowadays

went to HQ to see CO yest after one trainees go make a call to the SAF hotline regarding my 'hell' nite PT session. He complain he dun haf 7 hrs of sleep which will place his safety in doubt. Cock sial. I last time recruit and trainee life also nv sleep at 10.3opm one. (but haha, i go sleep during area cleaning so in the end add got 7 hrs of sleep but still not enough lah!) I dun uds y kids nowadays so weak one. alittle bit cannot endure den complain. During my time, my training was much more xiong and i just endure also...dunno y kids nowadays so weak. lidat how to defend singapore sial? wat country army? Papa New Guinea? ok...gtg....nid to finish report to CO.... knn platoon 4, always gimme problems one. when they can ownself take care of themselve?
